Security & Data Protection
Overview
NTEKNO™ (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information related to our website and training services. This page describes the safeguards we use to reduce risk and protect personal information in connection with SecureStack™ programs.
Data Minimization
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate our website, respond to inquiries, deliver requested training access, and support customer communications. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for these purposes.
Training Data Boundaries
SecureStack™ training is designed for educational purposes and is intended to use simulated, sample, or training-only assets. We do not require clients to provide production data or real patient health information (PHI) to participate. Clients and learners are responsible for ensuring that any data they choose to upload or share complies with their internal policies and applicable law.
Access Controls
Access to administrative tools and service accounts is restricted to authorized personnel and limited based on role and operational need. We use authentication and access controls designed to reduce unauthorized access.
Encryption in Transit
Website traffic is protected using industry-standard encrypted transport (for example, TLS). This helps protect data in transit between your browser and our website or service providers.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and platforms that apply applicable industry safeguards. NTEKNO™ does not store full payment card numbers on its systems.
Service Providers & Vendor Management
We use reputable third-party providers to support website hosting, analytics, form handling, email communications, and training delivery. These providers are authorized to process data only to perform services for us and are expected to maintain reasonable security practices appropriate to their role.
Monitoring & Abuse Prevention
We may use security controls and operational monitoring to help detect, prevent, and respond to misuse, fraud, unauthorized access attempts, or service disruption. This may include reviewing logs or telemetry generated by our website and service providers.
Incident Response
In the event of a confirmed security incident involving personal information under our control, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, and remediate the incident. Where required, we will provide notices in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
Retention & Disposal
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including to fulfill service requests, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your own accounts, devices, and environments. Training materials and demonstrations do not replace independent security review, internal governance, or legal/compliance consultation. You remain responsible for implementation decisions made in your organization.
