Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NTEKNO™ website, SecureStack™ programs, training materials, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Program Access & Digital Delivery

SecureStack™ programs may include digital, virtual, and instructor-led training. Access credentials or instructional materials may be delivered immediately upon enrollment. Once access has been granted or materials distributed, the Services are deemed delivered.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Self-Paced Programs: All sales are final once digital access has been granted. Self-paced programs are non-cancellable and non-refundable after activation.

Virtual Instructor-Led Training: Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled start date may receive a refund less a 50% administrative fee or transfer to a future session. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior are non-refundable.

On-Site & Enterprise Engagements: Cancellation and refund terms are governed exclusively by executed written agreements.

If NTEKNO™ cancels a scheduled event, liability is limited solely to a refund of fees paid for that specific program.

4. Intellectual Property & Recording Prohibition

All SecureStack™ materials, methodologies (including Cognitive Interoperability™), labs, scripts, recordings, and courseware are the exclusive intellectual property of NTEKNO™.

Recording, copying, redistributing, screen capturing, reselling, licensing, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

5. No Professional, Legal, or Compliance Advice

SecureStack™ training is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, regulatory certification, security guarantees, or compliance validation. Participants remain solely responsible for implementation decisions and regulatory compliance.

6. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Demonstrations may include AI-generated outputs. Artificial intelligence systems generate probabilistic results and may contain inaccuracies. NTEKNO™ makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, interfere with platform integrity, or use content in violation of applicable laws. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTEKNO™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, regulatory penalties, or security incidents.

NTEKNO™’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NTEKNO™, its officers, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your misuse of training materials
  • Implementation decisions based on training content
  • Regulatory violations within your organization
  • Breach of these Terms

10. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.

You waive any right to participate in class actions, collective proceedings, or representative claims. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those rights remain unaffected.

12. Modifications

NTEKNO™ may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
